I’m Ify Oti, the founder of Heritage Property Investing – and I’m passionate about turning properties into long-term, income-producing assets that work hard for you.

 

After more than 20 years working as an IT Consultant on complex, high-level programmes in different sectors and industries including banking and finance, I took the same strategic, process-driven mindset into property. I specialise in BRRRs, HMOs, commercial conversions, supported living, and creative “no-money-down” style deals, always looking for ways to unlock hidden value while managing risk carefully and professionally.

 

Heritage was born from two core beliefs:

1.Property should build wealth and legacy, not stress.

2.Every deal should create win–win outcomes for investors, landlords, and the local community.

 

I work closely with investors who want solid returns without the headache of doing everything themselves, as well as landlords who are looking for reliable solutions, hands-off management, or an exit strategy. Whether it’s structuring FRI leases, converting properties for supported living providers, or packaging high-yield opportunities, my focus is always on integrity, transparency, and clear communication. We also buy and offer creative solutions so work with vendors who are open to vendor finance, assisted sales and lease options.
